Strength Training For All Body Types
I saw an elderly woman the other day at the gym. She must have been in her 80’s. Although it isn’t too surprising seeing a member of the senior circuit it was surprising seeing her physique. This woman had arms and legs that were like sticks. And the way she moved around the gym was extremely slow. But when she took a seat at on of the strength resistance machines this woman was to my amazement and to fellow gym rats pumping quite a bit of iron doing her sets. How did it she do it?
