Anderson Teak warrants your furniture with the manufacture back-up warrantee.
Anderson also warrants that our products are free from defective materials
and workmanship, which
does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Special
condition may apply on products bought for general public or commercial use.
All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for standard use. Anderson Teak offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

Within 30 days, we'll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery
and restocking charges*) or credit you for our other items. After 30 days
items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit

Orders will ship within 1 - 6 business days for US orders, Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most orders will be delivered within 10 business days from the day of shipping. Weekends and holidays are excluded. We select our carriers based on our experience with who provides the most reliable and fastest deliveries.
Due to size and weight all furniture is shippied UPS ground or Freght. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii please call.
